Project Estimator – Commercial Trade Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Specialist / Commercial Estimator to join our team in Zouk Mosbeh. The role involves reviewing technician reports, validating repair scopes, and preparing accurate, competitive proposals for a range of commercial trades.

Key responsibilities

• Review technician reports, photos, videos, and diagnostics for technical accuracy.
• Validate repair scopes, labor, materials, equipment, permits, and pricing.
• Analyze subcontractor quotes to eliminate unnecessary costs or scope gaps.
• Prepare clear, professional client‑facing proposals that include scope, methodology, exclusions, and warranties.
• Research market pricing for materials, equipment, and specialty services.
• Ensure estimates meet client agreements and company margin requirements.
• Identify project risks and incorporate appropriate exclusions to protect the company.
• Translate technical findings into client‑friendly proposals and help improve estimating standards, pricing databases, templates, and proposal quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, estimating, construction, or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, roofing, flooring, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Proven ability to prepare commercial estimates and review technician reports.
• Solid understanding of labor and material costing.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
