Programmatic Manager

About the role

Omnicom Media Group MENA is seeking a Programmatic Manager to lead planning and activation across a portfolio of clients. You will own end‑to‑end campaign delivery, integrate biddable channels, and turn insights into measurable business results for both clients and the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise performance media strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic.
• Shape and lead programmatic planning and activation for multiple clients, delivering cross‑channel campaigns on OLV, CTV, Audio and Display.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and activation to reporting, optimisation and performance analysis.
• Manage and develop direct reports and offshore teams, fostering growth of the programmatic specialism.
• Identify commercial opportunities across OMD’s service portfolio and integrate them into client work.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self‑starter who can manage a small team, stay calm under pressure and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD) and Amazon Advertising.
