Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our food manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, productivity, quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Lead, train and manage production staff while enforcing company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, KPIs, yields and inventory, and report operational results.
• Oversee equipment operation, preventive maintenance and line efficiency to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene and product traceability standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to maintain smooth production flow.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste and optimise processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in industrial production/manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Food Science & Technology, Biology or a related field.
• Outstanding planning, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with ERP software.
• Knowledge of industrial production methods and equipment operation.
