Product Specialist – Rare Disease Line

About the role

The Product Specialist for the Rare Disease Line will drive medico‑marketing initiatives and business plans across Lebanon, ensuring revenue targets are met while fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement compliant medico‑marketing strategies, analyse territory performance and create action plans to close gaps.
• Manage and optimise visits with specialised doctors, delivering accurate information on rare diseases.
• Collect field feedback and competitor intelligence, update databases and provide timely reports to management.
• Organise scientific events and increase awareness among healthcare professionals.
• Stay current on medical developments and market dynamics to align business strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
• Coverage of the entire Lebanon territory.
• Preferred therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neurology, Pediatrics.
• Proven track record of territory management, meeting sales targets and building professional networks.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing concepts.
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools.
• Data analysis capabilities.
