Product Marketing Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will translate market insight into clear positioning, go‑to‑market plans and sales enablement that drive growth of our financial‑services solutions. You will bridge market problems, buyer needs and product value to create compelling messaging and measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize market problems, buyer needs, win/loss data and competitive intelligence across CRM, customer engagement and lending domains.
• Develop positioning, value propositions and persona‑based messaging for AI‑driven CRM and digital lending journeys.
• Create marketing assets such as presentations, solution briefs, battlecards and demo scenarios in partnership with pre‑sales and product teams.
• Lead product launch planning, field communication, internal training and execution support.
• Equip sales and business teams with presentations, demos, FAQs and objection‑handling guides.
• Collaborate with product, sales, customer success and corporate marketing to align roadmap and commercial objectives.
• Support demand‑generation initiatives and measure effectiveness of launches and enablement programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing for CRM, customer engagement or financial‑services solutions.
• Strong understanding of relationship management, sales and service workflows, and the full customer lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex market data into clear, actionable messaging.
