Product Manager (Remote, Lebanon)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Product Manager to own the direction, roadmap and prioritisation for our SupportRoom and VAI products. The role bridges business needs, customer feedback and the technology team, working closely with the CEO and cross‑functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap across SupportRoom and VAI, setting priorities and making trade‑offs.
• Gather and analyse feedback from sales, marketing, customers and prospects to identify product opportunities.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend and design leads to assess feasibility, effort, dependencies and risks.
• Maintain visibility of priorities, progress, risks and blockers for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven product management experience in SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong experience working directly with software development teams and understanding the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently under pressure.

Required skills

• Understanding of backend and frontend architecture, RESTful APIs, databases and authentication.
• Familiarity with software development workflows, Git, environments, releases, testing and deployment.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Knowledge of Python, PHP or Laravel (advantageous).
• Proficiency with Jira, ClickUp, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, GitHub/GitLab.
