Product Manager – Dell (Africa Distribution)

About the role

Hiperdist is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Dell portfolio within its Africa Distribution Team. The role will drive vendor relationships, revenue growth, and market expansion while collaborating across sales, finance, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth that exceeds market trends and achieve gross margin targets.
• Own annual business planning, budgeting, and quarterly financial reviews.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Dell, managing contracts, planning sessions, and business reviews.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management, and resource planning to ensure predictable cash flow.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team, providing mentorship and professional development.
• Execute marketing initiatives to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
• Maintain compliance with group policies, channel terms, and financial guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
• University degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant vendor certifications obtained within the last three years.
• Proven track record in P&L ownership, revenue target achievement, and team building.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel.
