Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator sits within the Procurement Function of SARA Group, a team that drives cost efficiency, supplier collaboration and operational accuracy across the Group. The role covers sourcing, vendor communication, purchase orders and data analysis, and supports internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement activities including sourcing, vendor communication and purchase order management
• Prepare cost analyses, procurement reports and vendor comparisons using advanced Excel techniques
• Analyze spend data to identify trends, variances and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking
• Develop PowerPoint reports and dashboards for internal and management review
• Collaborate with suppliers, Finance and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes
• Monitor inventory levels, track delivery timelines and ensure contract compliance
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit readiness, and support internal and external audits

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, finance or data analysis
• High numerical aptitude and confidence with large data sets
• Understanding of procurement processes and vendor coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; proactive, self-driven and able to work independently
• Immediate availability strongly preferred

Required skills

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, data modeling)
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and report formatting
• Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems and prior procurement coordination or finance experience
