Portfolio Manager – Innovation Ecosystem

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Portfolio Manager to lead the Innovation Ecosystem of a stealth‑mode venture partnered with the World Summit on Innovation. You will own end‑to‑end portfolio execution, from design and partnership development to P&L management and technical coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product, design, or technical specifications.
• Define and launch programs, campaigns, events, memberships, and partner initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional timelines, ensuring delivery of features and technical solutions.
• Grow and maintain partnerships with restaurants, chefs, artisans, universities, brands, and sponsors.
• Own operating metrics such as revenue, cost, margin, conversion, retention, and profitability.
• Monitor and improve profitability while preserving customer experience quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hands‑on operations and portfolio management.
• Strong judgment in translating business issues into clear specifications.
• Ability to work long hours in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable making decisions under pressure without detailed instructions.
