About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Physics Editor to join our publishing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of physics textbooks and related educational materials.
Key responsibilities
- Edit and proofread physics textbooks, correcting errors and improving clarity.
- Rewrite specific sections to enhance readability and pedagogical value.
- Research new scientific content and integrate it into existing material.
- Collaborate with fellow editors, graphic designers, and illustrators on project deliverables.
Required profile
- A solid degree in Physics or a related field.
- Computer literacy and proven teaching experience.
- Experience with exam preparation, setting, or evaluation is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work well in a team.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
