About the role
We are seeking a versatile professional to provide both personal assistance and basic accounting support in a hybrid capacity. The role combines executive administrative duties with essential financial tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day personal and executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements and documentation.
- Track expenses, process invoices and perform data entry for accounting records.
- Support accounts receivable follow‑ups and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Establish and maintain structured filing systems and efficient administrative processes.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of all personal and financial information.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, accounting or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
- High level of trustworthiness, discretion and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
