Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts for a fast‑growing premium self‑storage brand in Dubai. You will be responsible for the full paid media stack—from strategy and execution to tracking and optimisation—while maintaining high lead quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and X.
• Build and enhance Click‑to‑WhatsApp campaigns and WhatsApp‑first conversion flows.
• Scale budgets responsibly, focusing on reducing cost per qualified lead (CPQL) rather than just CPL.
• Set up and maintain the end‑to‑end tracking stack (GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixels, Meta Conversion API).
• Design and run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages, and communicate insights.
• Analyse the full funnel from impression to booked customer and drive improvements at each stage.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align targeting, messaging and lead qualification.
• Create and own reporting dashboards, weekly updates and performance summaries for leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on ownership of paid acquisition campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with LinkedIn or X is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate impact with metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset and clear written communication.
• Comfortable managing WhatsApp‑driven lead journeys or eager to learn quickly.
