Performance Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Manager with strong e‑commerce experience to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of data‑driven digital media campaigns. Working closely with the Media Director, you will develop full‑funnel strategies that tie media spend to measurable commercial outcomes such as online revenue, customer acquisition and ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, covering awareness, consideration and conversion stages.
• Lead media planning, budget allocation, forecasting and channel mix across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, programmatic and other platforms.
• Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, revenue, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPM, reach, frequency) and implement optimisation tactics to close performance gaps.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, present performance insights and recommendations, and handle timelines, deliverables and escalations.
• Produce weekly, monthly and campaign performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and supporting measurement and attribution initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level team members, allocate tasks, review performance and drive collaboration across analytics, trading and finance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a media, advertising or digital agency.
• Proven track record managing performance campaigns for e‑commerce brands or online retailers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and programmatic platforms.
• Expertise in Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, dynamic product ads, product catalogues and product feeds.
• Proficiency with GA4, conversion tracking, attribution models and performance reporting tools.
