Performance Director

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Director to lead strategic direction, execution excellence, and continuous growth of performance marketing for key clients. You will act as the senior strategic partner, overseeing performance frameworks and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end performance strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, eCommerce and full‑funnel digital acquisition.
• Develop growth frameworks, testing plans and optimization methodologies aligned with client objectives.
• Own senior client relationships, providing strategic guidance and translating data into clear recommendations.
• Oversee cross‑channel performance teams, ensuring flawless execution, pacing accuracy and KPI alignment.
• Direct analysis of campaign data to uncover insights, identify opportunities and drive improvements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably agency background.
• Proven experience leading multi‑channel teams and managing large‑scale performance campaigns.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with ability to simplify complexity and lead strategic conversations.
• Strong leadership, team development and stakeholder management abilities.
