Performance Associate Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Associate Director to lead performance‑driven accounts and deliver measurable growth across a diverse portfolio of clients in the GCC region. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure best‑in‑class execution and consistent delivery against ambitious KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution and optimization of multi‑channel performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and other biddable platforms.
• Own performance outcomes, ensuring delivery against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, revenue, leads and customer acquisition targets.
• Drive advanced optimization strategies including bidding enhancements, audience refinement, creative testing and conversion rate improvements.
• Conduct deep‑dive performance analysis, identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage forecasting, pacing, budget efficiency and establish rigorous QA processes.
• Mentor and develop a team of performance managers, staying ahead of platform updates and privacy regulations.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency or fast‑paced digital environment.
• Proven track record of delivering strong performance results across multiple accounts and industries.
• Advanced analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing teams.

• Hands‑on expertise with Meta advertising platforms.
• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, platform dashboards and attribution tools.
