Patient Journey Partner, Oncology

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) for Oncology is the local face of Roche, embedded within the Lebanese healthcare ecosystem. The role focuses on co‑creating solutions with stakeholders across the patient journey to improve outcomes and accelerate access to innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Define the disease‑area strategy for the Lebanese healthcare system.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities that bring external insights into Roche and share Roche’s scientific expertise with the ecosystem.
• Act as the trusted, primary point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, payers and other stakeholders, conveying community needs internally and prioritising resources.
• Remove barriers and unlock value‑creating possibilities for patients and the broader community.
• Steward Roche’s oncology products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate, balanced communication with healthcare professionals.
• Mobilise internal and external expertise, collaborating with other Patient Journey Partners as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy; an advanced degree in life sciences or an MBA is a plus.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Broad experience in product‑related activities within the pharmaceutical sector.
