Partnerships & Development Coordinator

About the role

The Partnerships & Development Coordinator will support the Pavilion’s fundraising strategy by managing day‑to‑day activities across individual giving, corporate partnerships, and events. This role is based in Lebanon and works a four‑day week, reporting to the Pavilion Director and Fundraising Strategist.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the membership program, tracking prospects, conducting outreach, and converting members.
• Assist corporate and foundation partnership efforts, including outreach, proposal preparation, and pipeline tracking.
• Support fundraising events, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
• Maintain donor and partner relationships, handling acknowledgments and benefits.
• Monitor progress and contribute to reporting on fundraising goals.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, events, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple timelines.
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written).
• Tech‑savvy with comfort using email marketing tools and spreadsheet applications.
• Interest in culture, arts, or social impact is a plus.
