Part-Time Manager in Training

About the role

The Manager in Training supports the Store Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth store performance. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience across all product areas while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with asset control, inventory, sales statistics and expense monitoring.
• Develop and execute action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume full store responsibility and supervisory duties in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across all departments.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service and promote store promotions and merchandise.
• Execute general administrative duties and uphold all company policies, procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong interest in retail operations and merchandise promotion.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, and to resolve problems quickly.
• Retail experience preferred.
