Paid Search Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Search Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns on Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Google Ads who wants to grow in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Shopping.
• Conduct keyword research, build ad groups, write compelling ad copy, and implement audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Feed Management, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated performance‑marketing solutions.
• Support campaign implementation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, product updates, and industry trends.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within a media or digital marketing agency.
• Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
• Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign performance measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
