Overnight Financial Dealer (MT5)

About the role

MultiFi, a trading and investing firm providing multi-asset market access, is looking for an experienced Financial Dealer / Trading Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day trading operations on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). The role is central to managing execution quality, liquidity connections, risk exposure and company P&L, and suits someone with hands-on MT5 dealing experience who reports to senior management or a risk committee.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MT5 dealer functions, including trading groups, symbol settings, contract specs, spreads, margins, swaps, leverage and pricing feeds
• Monitor execution quality, liquidity provider connections, order flow, slippage, rejections and latency
• Track exposure against liquidity providers and internal risk limits, and report performance and incidents to the Risk Committee
• Support hedging decisions and execution when required
• Handle overnight client queries by live chat and email, escalating complex cases to the morning team
• Process incoming deposits across bank, card, PSP and crypto channels, and review withdrawals against KYC, open positions, free margin and bonus terms
• Flag suspicious funding activity to Compliance and reconcile overnight PSP and bank movements

Required profile

• Proven experience as a dealer or trading operations manager in a brokerage environment
• Solid understanding of FX, CFDs, indices, metals and crypto markets
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving market conditions, with strong attention to detail and reporting skills
