Outside Sales Representative

About the role

SOFTRASYS is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new account acquisition, grow existing accounts, and build strong relationships with customers in the telematics, fleet management, and IoT sectors. The role combines phone outreach, on‑site visits, and online product demonstrations to showcase the company’s GPS tracking and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through research, cold calls, and email outreach.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and present GPS/telematics solutions to prospects.
• Maintain accurate weekly sales activity reports and keep customer information up to date in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand revenue from the installed base and manage ongoing account relationships.
• Meet daily prospecting targets, including a minimum number of calls and leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling GPS/telematics, fleet management, SaaS, or IoT solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving strong sales results.
• Continuous interest in sales development, with examples of training or knowledge gained (e.g., SPIN selling).
• Excellent presentation, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Own a car for field visits.
