About the role
We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business for our cosmetic brand. The role involves prospecting, cold‑calling, and delivering product demonstrations to both new and existing clients across an assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new accounts.
- Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients.
- Conduct effective in‑field product demonstrations of the cosmetic line.
- Achieve territory development goals and meet sales quotas.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold‑calling sales experience with a strong track record.
- Experience developing and executing territory sales strategies, preferably with pharmacies.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and exceed targets.
- Reliable personal vehicle for field visits.
Required skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
