Outside Sales Representative – Cosmetic Brand

About the role
We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell our cosmetic brand’s product line. The role involves prospecting new customers, conducting cold‑calls in the field, and supporting existing accounts through product demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and service.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations to showcase the cosmetic range.
- Achieve territory development goals and meet established sales quotas.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold‑calling sales experience with a strong track record.
- Experience developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
- Access to a car and good connections with pharmacies.
