Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with barbershops, salons and beauty businesses across the territory from Beirut to Batroun. The role involves field visits, opening new accounts, presenting grooming products and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to barbershops, salons and beauty supply stores within the assigned territory.
• Prospect new customers, introduce the product range and open B2B accounts.
• Present and demonstrate products, explaining features, benefits and applications.
• Generate sales orders and work toward assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to encourage repeat orders and long‑term relationships.
• Handle customer questions, objections, pricing discussions and negotiations professionally.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers regarding orders and new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, prospects and sales activity and provide regular updates to the COO.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field B2B, FMCG or beauty/grooming products.
• Previous experience selling to barbershops, salons or professional groomers is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships or knowledge of the Lebanese barbershop and salon market is an advantage.
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts, generate orders and build long‑term relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
• Results‑driven, comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational, territory‑management, follow‑up and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Own a personal car and able to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Available full‑time Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
