Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell a broad range of sports equipment. The role involves building relationships with retailers, gyms, clubs, schools and individual customers across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s sports equipment to retailers, gyms, sports clubs, schools, and individual customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
• Conduct outdoor visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups and excellent customer service.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Monitor competitors’ products, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales; experience in sports or outdoor equipment sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Own a car for territory coverage.
• Passion for sports and an active lifestyle is preferred.
