Outdoor Sales Representative – Hair Brands (Madinah/Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our hair care brands across the Madinah‑Jeddah region. You will manage existing salon accounts, acquire new customers, and drive product sales while representing the company in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support.
• Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in beauty, hair care, FMCG, or distribution.
• Experience in account management and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven with good planning and organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage for field work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
