Outdoor B2B Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to promote B2B services across Lebanon. You will work directly with SMEs, restaurants, clinics and other businesses, generating new opportunities and closing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to SMEs, restaurants, cafes, clinics, shops and offices.
• Identify decision‑makers, understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and networking.
• Prepare proposals, follow up, negotiate and close contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales activity tracking.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, insurance, banking, telecom, software or FMCG.
• Experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to approach new clients, handle rejection and close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable and confident when dealing with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Fluent Arabic with working English.
• Own transportation is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to cover Beirut, Tripoli, Saida, South Lebanon and surrounding areas.
