Outbound Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, selling cutting‑edge technology solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects, book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes in our systems.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.
• Maintain consistent calling activity, meet individual and team performance targets, and apply coaching feedback to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and ability to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive, hardworking and able to conduct several hours of cold calls daily.
• Quick thinker with basic business acumen to understand unfamiliar products and industries.
• Coachable mindset, reliable and disciplined in a target‑driven environment.
