Operations & Technical Services Coordinator

About the role

Wood & Gas, a leading Lebanese provider of fireplaces, chimneys, outdoor kitchens and related luxury home comfort solutions, is looking for an Operations & Technical Services Coordinator. The role supports installation, service, logistics and field operations, acting as the central hub between sales, warehouse, procurement, technicians, installers, contractors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, field service activities and technician assignments.
• Monitor project timelines, track progress and ensure communication across departments.
• Review technical requirements, installation drawings and specifications for fireplaces, chimneys, gas systems and outdoor kitchens.
• Conduct site inspections, verify readiness and oversee field service quality.
• Manage warranty claims, corrective actions and maintain service history records.
• Track operational KPIs, technician productivity and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and support the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in facility management, field service operations, technical services, construction, MEP projects or maintenance.
• Proven ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
