Operations Manager – Dubai (Forex & CFD)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Bursa+’s expansion across the UAE and the wider MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will drive the commercial and operational growth of our multi‑broker copy‑trading platform, building strategic partnerships with brokers, trading leaders and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Bursa+ operations in Dubai and execute the regional growth strategy.
• Establish and strengthen the company’s presence across the UAE and MENA.
• Develop and manage partnerships with Forex brokers, IBs, affiliates and trading leaders.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of broker and leader onboarding opportunities.
• Oversee support, sales, brand ambassador and operational teams, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with technology, marketing and compliance teams to ensure platform readiness.
• Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Represent Bursa+ at meetings, events, expos and strategic negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven background in the Forex and CFD industry.
• Strong regional network and experience negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive commercial growth.
• UAE residency is mandatory.
