Operations Executive – FMCG & F&B

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee and coordinate FMCG and food‑and‑beverage operations across multiple brands. Working remotely, the role collaborates with warehouse teams, suppliers, manufacturers, kitchens and branch locations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production and manufacturing activities with partners, negotiate quotations and track production plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory trackers, monitor stock movements, batch numbers, expiry dates and generate forecasts.
• Source and manage packaging materials, compare supplier terms, forecast needs and control packaging costs.
• Schedule and monitor deliveries, resolve logistics issues and ensure stock availability for retailers and B2B customers.
• Support retail and B2B order fulfilment, provide inventory information to account managers and track product performance.
• Assist kitchens and branches with daily operational requirements, packaging supplies and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG or F&B operations or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders including suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for inventory monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Detail‑oriented approach to packaging control, shelf‑life testing and regulatory compliance.
