Online Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Online Sales Agent to join our growing remote sales team. You will engage with fully qualified inbound leads through calls and online meetings, understand their needs and present tailored program solutions that deliver value and drive success.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging online meetings to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.
• Understand customer needs and implement solution‑based selling strategies.
• Leverage tools and resources to consistently follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing, call centre, phone sales or virtual sales.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school graduate; college graduates preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime schedules.
• Access to a smartphone, laptop and an active network connection.
• Quick learner, tech‑savvy and able to thrive in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.
• Sociable and likable personality with a drive to exceed sales goals.
