About the role
We are looking for an Online Consultant to deliver top‑notch customer service and drive sales through digital channels. You will interact with shoppers, answer inquiries promptly, and promote our product range to generate qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to consumer inquiries within one hour, handling orders, complaints, returns and information requests.
- Promote and recommend products to maximise sales volume and value.
- Conduct tele‑sales calls to existing or potential customers, informing them about our brand and offerings.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales and customer‑retention tools.
Required profile
- BA degree in Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday 10:00‑19:00 and Saturday 10:00‑16:00.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (email, web browsers, spreadsheets).
