About the role
The Off Trade Sales Manager will lead the sales activities for off‑trade clients across Lebanon, ensuring consistent brand presence and growth of the customer base. This full‑time position involves managing daily operations, developing new accounts, and coordinating with a team of merchandisers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ordering processes for off‑trade clients.
- Expand the client portfolio within assigned regions.
- Monitor and drive sales performance of key accounts.
- Activate the brand year‑round in close collaboration with clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and identify opportunities.
- Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers.
Required profile
- University degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role.
- Strong organizational, planning and reporting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships.
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
