Odoo Sales Consultant – Beirut, Lebanon

About the role

Azkatech, a leading Odoo Gold Partner, is seeking an Odoo Sales Consultant to drive B2B enterprise software sales in the Middle East. You will identify business opportunities, understand client challenges, and position Odoo ERP as a catalyst for efficiency, visibility, and growth for medium‑sized businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts, network, attend events and use digital channels to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers and generate qualified discovery meetings.
• Conduct workshops to understand customer processes, advise on ERP best practices and digital transformation strategies.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, coordinate proof‑of‑concepts and present implementation timelines and ROI.
• Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations and follow up until deal closure, meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, ensure smooth handover to implementation teams and identify upselling opportunities.
• Stay updated on Odoo, AI trends and ERP market changes, sharing insights with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Accounting or related field.
• 1‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS or IT services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage CEOs, CFOs and Operations Managers.
• Strong business understanding, problem‑solving ability and a target‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
