About the role

Café Najjar is looking for a motivated Nuts Plant Operator to manage daily operations at its nuts processing facility. The role involves overseeing production lines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment in a fast‑paced food manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sorting, roasting, and packaging machinery used in nuts processing.
• Monitor production flow and adjust equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify that products meet company standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations to keep the workplace safe.
• Record production data, maintenance activities, and quality results.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve operational issues.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in machine operation or food processing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a food processing plant, preferably with nuts or similar products.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast‑moving environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
