About the role
As a Factory Manager, you will be tasked with leading the charge in our daily operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our production targets are met each day both effectively and safely. This role is integral to our production processes and promises a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Achieving production targets in line with the company's goals
- Managing staff, including task delegation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Optimizing production processes based on data analysis
- Maintaining a high standard of product quality through stringent quality control measures
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations to create a safe work environment
Required profile
- Strong leadership skills and previous management experience
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Superior problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
