Multimedia Content and Campaign Producer

About the role

The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Multimedia Content and Campaign Producer to design, produce and manage multimedia assets that support its global communication and advocacy campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and edit multimedia content such as videos, photos, graphics and animations for campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate and execute communication campaigns across digital and social media channels.
• Ensure all content aligns with WFP branding, messaging guidelines and humanitarian objectives.
• Collaborate with communication, advocacy and field teams to gather story ideas and visual material.
• Monitor campaign performance and adapt content based on audience feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Production or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating multimedia content for campaigns or advocacy.
• Strong storytelling ability and understanding of humanitarian contexts.
• Excellent teamwork and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Video editing and graphic design.
• Photography and basic audio‑visual production.
• Content management systems and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools.
