Mid-Level Architect – Residential & Revit Specialist

About the role

Our client, a US‑based startup architectural firm, is expanding to Jbeil and seeks a talented Mid‑Level Architect. The position focuses on residential projects and involves on‑site work with the option for a hybrid arrangement for candidates living outside Jbeil.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept through construction.
• Produce high‑quality drawings and 3‑D models using Revit (intermediate to advanced).
• Participate in all project phases: due diligence, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents with consultants.
• Support construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and shop‑drawing reviews.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in residential design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of V‑Ray or Corona rendering engines.
• Familiarity with AI‑based rendering and visualization tools.
