Mid Android Mobile Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Android Engineer to own the delivery of medium‑to‑large features from design through production. You will work in a fast‑growing e‑commerce and delivery startup, collaborating with product, design, QA, and backend teams to create high‑quality mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Android features, breaking down requirements, estimating effort, and managing risks.
• Write clean, maintainable Kotlin code with strong unit and integration test coverage.
• Design and implement scalable modules following team architecture standards.
• Ensure post‑launch stability through testing, monitoring, and debugging.
• Improve team efficiency via automation, tooling enhancements, and documentation.
• Provide constructive code reviews and informal mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional Android development experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to code quality.

• Kotlin
• Jetpack Compose and other Jetpack libraries
• Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt)
• Android architecture principles and design patterns
• Performance optimization and scalability for mobile apps
• Git and collaborative development workflows

• Familiarity with Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (optional)
