Merchandiser & Driver – Retail & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Merchandiser & Driver to work on a regular route at retail locations. You will ensure our products are well‑stocked, attractively displayed, and properly invoiced while also supporting deliveries when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product availability and attractive shelf displays at assigned stores.
• Replenish shelves, monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and perform on‑spot invoicing.
• Coordinate with the sales team and assist in executing marketing activations such as price‑drop offers, shelf talkers, and banners.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with store personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with deliveries to the factory or customer orders, handling loading and unloading of goods.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in sales, retail or visual merchandising (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of basic marketing techniques for product visibility.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Physical stamina for loading, unloading and shelf stocking.
