Medical Representative – Aesthetics

About the role

The Medical Representative – Aesthetics acts as the primary liaison between HOLDAL and healthcare professionals in the aesthetics and dermatology fields. The role focuses on promoting HOLDAL’s pharmaceutical and aesthetic products, building strong relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders, and driving product awareness and prescriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly visits to doctors, dermatologists and aesthetic clinics to deliver product and disease information and reinforce the company’s medical messages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, organize round‑tables and conferences, and identify new doctors to expand the customer base.
• Collect and report data on product efficacy, safety, adverse events and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
• Submit daily visit reports and monthly performance analyses to ensure coverage targets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical sales, with at least 1 year in the aesthetics sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development abilities.
