Medical Advisor Oncology

About the role

The Medical Advisor Oncology will join the Oncology Medical Affairs team to implement the medical strategy for an innovative oncology portfolio in Lebanon. This role focuses on non‑promotional scientific exchange, acting as a bridge between the company and key scientific leaders, and supporting internal stakeholders to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing medical and strategic support to internal stakeholders, including brand strategy, sales training and clinical trial feasibility assessments.
• Review and approve promotional materials and guide regulatory and patient‑access submissions.
• Deliver disease‑specific training on new oncology products and generate study ideas based on local unmet needs.
• Act as the primary medical spokesperson, building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, scientific leaders and decision‑makers in oncology.
• Conduct non‑promotional scientific exchanges, gather insights on treatment practices, and share findings with internal teams.
• Organise and participate in advisory boards, patient‑education programs and field visits.
• Ensure all activities comply with local, regional and international regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• MD or PharmD (or equivalent) with a strong academic background in biological sciences or medicine.
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs, Clinical Research or as a Medical Science Liaison, preferably in oncology.
• Demonstrated experience working within the Lebanese healthcare system and familiarity with local regulatory guidelines.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
