Media Planning Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Media Planning Executive who is passionate about strategy, insights, and the power of media to drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic work for clients, turning insights into impactful media plans across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and optimizing media plans across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from planning through activation.
• Analyze and interpret data from various research sources to provide a client‑focused point of view.
• Repurpose agency thought leadership and contribute to new thought‑leadership materials.
• Brief internal teams and external media partners, leading brainstorming sessions as needed.
• Monitor emerging media channels and identify opportunities for client strategies.
• Support planners and managers with forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Monitor live campaigns to ensure alignment with objectives and KPIs.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in media planning, communications, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for understanding audiences and using insights to guide media decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
