Mechanical Site Engineer

About the role

The Mechanical Site Engineer will lead the on‑site execution, supervision and installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and fire‑protection, for construction projects. You will ensure that all work follows approved drawings, specifications and schedules while maintaining quality, safety and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing and fire‑protection systems on‑site.
• Coordinate daily site activities, manpower, materials and equipment to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with electrical, civil and architectural teams, resolve technical issues and manage subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections, prepare inspection requests and ensure compliance with standards and local codes.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and handover of mechanical systems.
• Maintain daily progress reports, material tracking, as‑built drawings and issue logs.
• Promote health, safety and environmental standards through toolbox talks and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction or site execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ability to work on large‑scale construction sites and manage multidisciplinary coordination.
