About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing team’s daily operations, focusing on content development and social media strategy. The role involves creating compelling content, managing product presence across digital platforms, and driving engagement through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the marketing team, emphasizing content production and social media initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
• Oversee the creation of high‑quality, engaging content such as blog articles, videos, and social media posts.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms to refine marketing strategies.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns, events, product launches, and promotions.
• Mentor junior team members, providing training, feedback, and professional development guidance.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1‑2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in content creation and managing social media for a business or brand.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content marketing best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing or production skills.
