Marketing Specialist

About the role

CARMA is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of its global marketing initiatives. You will assist with content creation, campaign coordination, and day‑to‑day digital marketing activities while ensuring all outputs align with the brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support multi‑channel campaigns across email, social media and other digital platforms, preparing materials and tracking performance.
• Create, edit and schedule marketing content such as social posts, website copy, blog articles and promotional assets, using AI tools for ideation and optimization.
• Manage daily social media activities, maintain the digital content calendar and assist with basic paid media campaigns.
• Update website content via WordPress, perform basic SEO tasks, and optimise landing pages for lead generation.
• Track marketing KPIs, compile performance reports and gather market, competitor and audience insights.
• Assist with internal and external communications, press materials and coordinate with PR, media or design agencies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep marketing assets, documentation and calendars organised and compliant.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copy‑writing abilities.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta).
• Experience in PR, media relations and data‑driven insight gathering.
• Hands‑on experience with a CMS, preferably WordPress.
• Exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
