About the role

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and the competitive landscape to support the development and improvement of fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) products. Acting as a bridge between market intelligence and R&D, the role ensures product offerings align with consumer needs and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market studies to identify trends, opportunities and gaps.
• Analyse consumer preferences, buying patterns and competitor positioning.
• Prepare detailed market and feasibility reports.
• Support new product development and recipe/formulation improvements based on market insights.
• Conduct product testing, benchmarking and sensory evaluations.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility and cost‑effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches or line extensions and contribute to product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Track product performance, sales trends and customer feedback, delivering actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with marketing, sales and production to ensure alignment between market needs and product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, market research, R&D or product development.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Experience in project coordination.
