Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of our marketing and communication activities. You will coordinate campaigns, manage content, and work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with external creative, digital, media, and production agencies.
• Manage the organization’s social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Prepare marketing briefs and oversee the production of creative materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, interviews, and promotional content.
• Support the planning and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and community activations.
• Collect stories, achievements, and project updates from internal departments for marketing purposes.
• Develop marketing presentations, proposals, and sponsorship materials as needed.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
• Stay up‑to‑date with marketing trends and recommend new ideas and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven ability to coordinate with agencies and external suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Strong organizational, project management, and time‑management abilities.
• Creative thinking, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
