Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of our marketing and communication initiatives. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will ensure brand consistency across all channels while driving engagement and awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage relationships with creative, digital, media, and production agencies.
• Maintain the social media calendar and deliver timely content.
• Prepare briefs and oversee the production of creative assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports.
• Organise photo/video shoots, interviews, and promotional content.
• Support events, fundraising campaigns, and community activations.
• Collect stories and updates from internal departments for marketing use.
• Develop presentations, proposals, and sponsorship materials as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
• Assist with marketing budgets and expense tracking.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and recommend best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven ability to coordinate with agencies and external suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
